WHY I DO THIS.

I'm not a retired athlete coaching from the sidelines. I'm still playing, still chasing first grade in the Shute Shield — and still training to get faster every week.

I became obsessed with one question: how do you actually make a rugby athlete faster? Not gym-strong. Faster on the field — under fatigue, with the ball, when it counts.

Every program I write, I've tested on myself first. Every drill I prescribe, I've done. That's why athletes trust me — because I coach what I live.

FAQ

Coaching is fully personalised — I build your program based on your profile, review your sprint videos, adjust each block based on your progress, and check in weekly. The 6-week program is a pre-built Gamebreaker block you follow on your own. Same system, but no individual attention.

If you play rugby — league or union — at any competitive level and you want to get faster, stronger, and more explosive, yes. The system scales to your level. I've coached everything from local comp to semi-pro.

$79.95/week with the option to pay weekly. Programs run in 6-week blocks, and most athletes stay for multiple blocks because the system builds on itself.

Yes. You'll need a gym with barbells, dumbbells, and basic equipment. You'll also need field or track access for sprint sessions. I can work around equipment limitations, but a decent gym is ideal.

It's our custom-built training platform. You log sessions, track readiness, see your program, and monitor progress — all in one place. It's included with coaching and will be available for program users too.

Absolutely. In-season programming is different to off-season — lower volume, maintenance-focused, with CNS management around game days. The Gamebreaker System adapts to your phase.
